1.26.10
Unidentified graphic symbols used for electrical diagrams shall conform with the Standard for Graphic Symbols for Electrical arid Electronics Diagrams (Including Reference Designation Class Designation Letters), ANSI/IEEE 315. See Appendix D, Preferred Graphic symbols of Commonly Used Items, Extracted from ANSI/IEEE 315, Graphic Symbols (or Electrical and Electronics Diagrams, and Abbreviations for These Items, for preferred symbols of commonly used items, as extracted from Standard ANSI/IEEE 315. Abbreviations for identified items shall be as shown in Appendix D.
1.26.11
The electrical diagrams specified in 1.26.7 shall be placed in a suitable pocket or affixed to a panel on the heater. When the controls are packaged separately, or when there is no suitable panel, the electrical diagrams shall be included with directions that they be affixed on or adjacent to the heater.
1.26.12
If a transformer is not supplied with the heater, the wiring diagram(s) or the rating plate shall include the electrical rating of the heater.
1.26.13
If wire other than that conforming with a temperature limitation of 63°F (35°C) rise has been specified for use on the heater, the following statement shall appear on all electrical diagrams. “If any of the original wire as supplied with the appliance must be replaced, it must be replaced with wiring material having a temperature rating of at least _.“
II wire other than that conforming to the temperature limitation of 63°F (35°C) rise has been specified for field-wired connections, then the following statement shall appear on all electrical diagrams: “Field wiring having a minimum temperature rating of at least °C shall be used and supply circuit wiring shall have a minimum size of _ AWG.”

1.26.14
The instructions shall identify the length and ID of the flexible appliance connector appropriate for the
heater. The instructions shall also include correct and incorrect installation geometry as shown in Figure 1,
Installation Position Instruction. Additionally the warning statement shown in Figure 2, Connector
