This CSA C49.2 covers the electrical and mechanical characteristics of
(a) round 1 350.H19 hard-drawn aluminum wires (Al) before compacting;
(b) round zinc-coated hard-drawn steel core wires (S1A); and
(c) bare compact round concentric-lay-stranded aluminum conductors steel reinforced, constructed from the wires specified in Items (a) and (b) and intended for use in overhead lines.
