Screws of non-metallic material and metal screws threaded into a non-metallic material shall be tightened and loosened being completely removed and reinserted 10 times. In all other cases screws shall be tightened and loosened five times.
The test shall be carried out using a screwdriver that matches the size and shape of the head of the screw. The applied torque shall be as specified by the manufacturer. If no values of applied torque are specified by the manufacturer the torque values specified in Table 2 shall be applied.
The screws shall be fully tightened without being forced.
