23.1 Progress claims

Within 49 days after conpleiioii the (‘lieni shall issue to the (‘onsi,liani a flutal certifIcate evidencing the moneys finally due and payable between the (‘on.sulia,,i and the Client on an account whatsoever in connection with the subject matter of the (‘oniraci.
Those moneys certified as due and payable shall be paid by the (‘lieni or the (o,,sulia,,i, as the ease may be. within 7 days after the debtor receives the final cerlificaw.
